Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation
At Elux, we truly hope you love every piece you order from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re always here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, exchange, or order cancellation, subject to the guidelines below.
Cancel or Refund from Your Order Page
For your convenience, we have added Cancel Order and Request Refund options directly on the Order Page.
Customers can simply visit their order page and submit a request for order cancellation or refund from there. Our team will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.
Return or Exchange of Online Orders
To receive a refund to your original payment method, your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, returns may still be accepted for store credit or exchange, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Have all tags attached
Be returned in the original packaging
Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage
How to Request a Return
If you wish to return an item, you can either:
Submit a refund request through your order page, or
Contact us at support@eluxclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please include your order confirmation email or invoice inside the return package so we can process your request smoothly.
Return Shipping
Unless the item received is damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns may only be eligible for exchange or store credit.
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
